How can i link QNX2 tcp/ip to my Linux Server ?

Is there any body who can tell me how can i conect my QNX 2 (using my arnet rs 232 serial line with 8 dumb terminals Link MC2 and MC5) to conect to my Linex Server ?, i have already a package tcp/ip for QNX2 and i can do ftp, but when i try telnet look like is not define my terminal and kick me from the sistem, sombody tellme is better avoid using rs-232 to my linex server, becase have many problems with the electric current (because rs-232 act as a big antena and capts many noise).
